Our normal service area is a 125 mile radius of Nashville, TN, but we often accommodate our clients in locations outside of this area as needed. Scott is more than just a home inspector, he is your private consultant for as long as you own your home or building.
Years of experience, training and knowledge allow Scott to provide impartial property evaluations and residential home inspections for real estate transactions and a variety of commercial and residential construction consulting needs.
Comprehensive inspections are just one of the many services offered. Trace Inspections and Scott can provide you with certified Radon testing, Radon mitigation system inspections, EIFS inspections, and a variety of Consulting and Commercial inspection services. Ask about our Home Warranty inspections for new homes reaching that 1 year mark. If you have Granite counter tops in your home we can test your home for radon. FHA Inspections and HUD 203K Consulting are now available in many of our service areas.
Air Check air testing (Mold and VOC's) is now offered to all of our clients who have a concern about what they might be breathing in their home or business.

We refuse to pay a fee in order to be listed as a "Preferred Provider" with any real estate company, as some local inspection firms do; our professional ethics do not allow for this. Trace Inspections has been built on client referrals and not by paying a fee.
